The early stages of one 'trash mountain". These things appear to appear at the edges ot T intersections. They don't totally block the traffic, but they do force you to drive around themI'll try to find this one again in a few days to see how much it's grown.What's this coming towards me? A motor bike on the wrong side of the road, as usual. Note that this guy hasn't got his headlights on. This is NOT unusual.
